FSB LEI PSPG Enterprise Architecture of the Global LEI System (2013)

For historical reference purposes, the documents on this page comprise the work product of the Operations Workstream of the Private Sector Preparatory Group (PSPG) organized by the G-20 Financial Stability Board (FSB) for the purpose of making recommendations to the (at the time) newly formed LEI Regulatory Oversight Committee (LEI-ROC) regarding the Enterprise Architecture of the Global LEI System (GLEIS).

The work of the Operations Workstream of the PSPG took place in the second half of 2012, and the following work product was delivered to the LEI-ROC in January, 2013.

The current organization, structure and operation of the GLEIS — under the leadership of Stephan Wolf as CEO of the Global LEI Foundation (GLEIF) and oversight from the LEI-ROC —  has evolved significantly (and in leaps and bounds) from the time of this initial study.  However, it is with some satisfaction that the business processes, architectural design, operational services and data standards of the current system bear a strong similarity to the requirements and analysis envisioned and recommended in this original study.
